Law program given grant for site

The Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program awarded the School of Law with a $500,000 grant that will be used to develop the future site of the school’s Clinical Legal Education Program.

The site, located at 914 Fifth Avenue, will have client meeting rooms and nearly double the space of the existing law clinic.

Justice Clarence Thomas to speak at Duquesne

United States Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas, the second African American to serve on the Supreme Court, will be speaking at Duquesne on Tuesday, April 9 at 3:30 p.m. in the Union Ballroom.
