Members of Duquesne’s Circle K group gave a representative from the V Foundation for Cancer Research a check for $5,225 at the men’s basketball game on Saturday. The group raised the majority of the money from the “I Got Snagged 4 Jimmy V” fundraiser on Jan. 28, where participants played snag golf in the auxiliary gym at the A.J. Palumbo Center. They also raised money by canning at Penguins and Steelers games.
